Established in May 2015, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) is a leading fashion conglomerate that operates nearly 4,000 stores. To keep up with its rapid growth, the company sought to optimize its retail store reimbursement system to improve scalability, automate manual processes and create operational efficiencies. The successful roll-out across its retail stores increased spend visibility, improved financial practices and audit compliance, and ultimately led to 94% claim approval within seven days of submission.

While employee expense claims is the standard use case for Concur, leveraging it for stores expenses was ‘out-of-box’ innovation, that was wholeheartedly adopted across all ABFRL stores.
