SAP Concur Customer Connect 2024 - Bangalore (May)

The SAP Concur Customer Connect workshop hosted in Bangalore on May 17 was packed with valuable insights and updates!

We kicked off the workshop with a showcase of Delegate functionality and ExpenseIT for delegates, along with ExpenseIT for web and Hotel Itemization. These were the recent product enhancements and the participants were keen to look at enhancing User Experience by adopting these new features.

The discussion on SAP's vision and roadmap for leveraging Gen AI was intriguing. It's exciting to see how artificial intelligence is being integrated into expense management solutions. The demo of Request Assistant Functionality and Policy Connect with Joule (Assistant) sounds promising in terms of simplifying and automating tasks for users. And a glimpse of Expense Reimagined generated a lot of anticipation among participants.

We then moved to our Product Roadmap Session where the product Team showcased what is in store for 2024.

Further improvements in Attendees, Tax Audit, Microsoft Teams Integration etc were showcased.

The final session was around Razorpay and what can be achieved with this exciting new Partnership. The value proposition of pre-loaded wallets and the benefits around controls & compliance were discussed.

Everyone enjoyed assimilating their learning through a Kahoot Quiz at the end.

Through valuable feedback & inputs participants shared that they found the Demo’s & Information shared informative & exciting.
